Celebrity Traitors' New Season Promises Household Names

Historian David Olusoga has announced that the new series of Celebrity Traitors is set to feature a multitude of "household names." He disclosed that several individuals approached for the upcoming season have reached out to him for guidance, suggesting a cast of familiar faces.

Olusoga praised the show's effective format and host Claudia Winkleman, attributing the series' success to their collaboration. He noted that the previous season, which drew eleven million viewers, saw Alan Carr emerge as the winner, securing the £87,500 charity prize.

Carr, in a recent interview, admitted to inadvertently revealing his win within 12 hours of the finale. He explained that upon returning to film another program, a cameraman's congratulatory remark led him to confess his victory before the official broadcast. Carr attempted to backtrack, claiming he was joking to maintain the show's secrecy.
