Bunnie XO also announced that two of her closest friends, Meme Shahan and Hailee Clark, will soon relocate to the compound. The couple, who married in 2016, announced their split on May 18, 2026. Despite past marital challenges, including an affair and infertility struggles, they are parting on exceptionally good terms, with Bunnie XO emphasizing their continued friendship.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, has another property, a 500-acre farm in Burns, TN, which he purchased for $4.5 million in August 2024 and later expanded. The Franklin property, purchased in November 2023 for $6.2 million, spans nearly 7,700 square feet and includes five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, a five-car garage, and a resort-style pool.
