Bugonia & Good Fortune: Box Office Flops

Despite arriving with critical support and notable stars like Emma Stone and Keanu Reeves, "Bugonia" and "Good Fortune" have concluded their theatrical runs as significant box office underperformers. "Bugonia," a $55 million production, garnered just over $32.2 million worldwide, with its domestic take at $16.3 million and international earnings at $15.8 million.

"Good Fortune," produced for a leaner $30 million and boasting a cast including Reeves, Aziz Ansari, Seth Rogen, and Sandra Oh, fared only slightly better globally, reaching $25 million. Its domestic earnings stand near $16.5 million, with an international total of $8.8 million.

When compared, "Good Fortune" marginally edges out "Bugonia" in domestic performance by a slim margin. However, both films have settled into the category of noticeable disappointments for the year, failing to meet expectations despite their promising starts.
