BTS Star Jimin Officially Joins TikTok

Jimin, a member of the globally popular group BTS, has officially launched his personal TikTok account, marking his debut on the platform with his first video posted on Monday, September 28. The inaugural post captured Jimin on a scenic hill by a beach, performing his signature energetic dance moves to his song 'Be Mine'. This event has generated significant buzz among fans, with many expressing their overwhelming joy and surprise at his long-anticipated presence on TikTok.

The star's move to create an individual TikTok presence comes approximately one month after fans initially noticed the possibility of him establishing a solo account, separate from BTS's official profile. Jimin now joins fellow band members V, j-hope, and Jung Kook as having personal pages on the site, while SUGA, RM, and Jin have yet to launch their own individual accounts. The track featured in his debut video, 'Be Mine,' is over two years old and is featured on his 2024 solo album MUSE, which achieved success by debuting at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart.
