Bruno Mars to Lead Record Store Day 2026

Bruno Mars has been appointed the 2026 Record Store Day ambassador, a role that aligns with the upcoming release of his album 'The Romantic' on February 27 and its accompanying stadium world tour. He expressed his passion for record stores, citing the tactile experience of being surrounded by physical music and art as a significant inspiration.

As part of his ambassadorship, Mars will host advanced listening parties for 'The Romantic' at over 200 U.S. record stores on February 25. This initiative provides fans an exclusive early listen to the album, which follows the chart-topping single "I Just Might."

Mars will also contribute a special Record Store Day release titled 'The Collaborations.' This compilation will feature his successful collaborations, including "Uptown Funk" with Mark Ronson, "Die With A Smile" with Lady Gaga, and "APT." with ROSÉ. The release is scheduled for April 18, shortly before the 'Romantic Tour' commences in Paradise, Nevada.
