Star-Studded 'Three Days of Rain' Revival Coming to Broadway

Richard Greenberg's acclaimed play 'Three Days of Rain' is slated for a major Broadway revival, with performances scheduled to commence in February 2027 at a Shubert Theatre yet to be announced. The production boasts a highly anticipated cast, including François Arnaud, David Corenswet, and Yvonne Strahovski.

Esteemed director Anna D. Shapiro, a Tony Award winner, will helm the revival. Shapiro expressed her profound admiration for the play, describing it as "truly one of the most beautiful plays I've ever done or experienced," and noted its exploration of family, art, and love across generations.

The play, a finalist for the 1998 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, delves into themes of inheritance and discovery within the world of New York intelligentsia. This revival follows a tradition of showcasing prominent actors, with previous acclaimed runs featuring stars like Julia Roberts, Paul Rudd, and Bradley Cooper.

Both Arnaud, known for 'Heated Rivalry,' and Corenswet, celebrated for his role as Superman, will make their Broadway debuts. Strahovski, recognized for her Emmy-nominated performance in 'The Handmaid's Tale,' has prior Broadway experience. David Binder is producing the revival.
