In a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live!, Trisha Paytas shared her ambitious goal of attending the prestigious Met Gala next year. The 37-year-old personality, who is set to take on the role of Maxine Dean in the Broadway return of Beetlejuice the Musical from November 4 to November 23, is eager to expand her horizons beyond the stage.
When host Andy Cohen asked Paytas about her "next big dream," she revealed her desire to make her Met Gala debut. "I think I want to come back to New York and do the Met Gala next year," Paytas told Cohen. However, she admitted she's unsure of the exact process to secure an invitation, joking, "Okay. Anna who?" in reference to Vogue's former editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, who controls the guest list for the exclusive event.
Despite her initial confusion, Paytas expressed her hope that Cohen could put in a good word for her with Wintour, saying, "Right. I'm so sorry. I'm just nervous, but yes. Put in a good word for me." The segment ended with Cohen jokingly promising to do so and inviting Paytas back on the show.
