Britney Spears Gets Restraining Order Against Louisiana Man

Britney Spears has been granted a permanent restraining order against a 51-year-old man from Louisiana. The pop superstar's security team reported that the man, identified as Donald, appeared at her Los Angeles residence. He had reportedly been harassing Spears online since 2013 and was previously arrested for trespassing at her home in 2025.

Deputies apprehended Donald after he was spotted by Spears' security. The court documents detail that he exhibited unusual behavior and made incoherent statements during his arrest. Spears stated she has no knowledge of Donald and no relationship with him. Her legal team expressed significant safety concerns due to his social media posts, some of which contained phrases like "bullet hole heart" and could be interpreted as threatening.

The restraining order mandates that Donald must remain at least 100 yards away from Britney Spears at all times. The court also noted his extensive criminal history, which includes convictions for aggravated assault and criminal trespass dating back to 2019. The protective order remains in effect until 2030.
