Grazer: AI is essential, not a replacement

Grazer described AI as an "essential" and "very, very helpful" tool for brainstorming and pre-visualization, enabling extensive "what if" scenarios to build and test stories.

Grazer expressed concern over changes in talent compensation within the streaming landscape. He noted that while artists may receive substantial flat salaries, the potential for significant windfalls from hit projects has diminished due to upfront rights buyouts by platforms. This shift, he suggested, can be dis-incentivizing for artists who thrive on the risk and reward of betting on themselves.
