Brian Austin Green Recalls 'Tumultuous' Ex-Relationship

Brian Austin Green recently reflected on his "tumultuous" past relationship with former General Hospital star Vanessa Marcil. The couple, who dated from 1999 to 2003, share a son, Kassius, born in 2002. Green described their separation as difficult, stemming from "unrealistic expectations" held by both parties.

Their relationship, which began on the set of Beverly Hills, 90210, saw them engaged in 2001 before breaking up in 2003. The ex-couple have faced ongoing legal disputes, with Marcil making allegations that Green called "lies." In May 2025, Green publicly described their relationship as "toxic."

Green, who is now engaged to Sharna Burgess and shares a young son with her, also discussed co-parenting with his ex-wife Megan Fox. He noted that they "just co-parent well" and generally "stay out of each other's way."
