Summary
- Brazil's consumer agency is investigating Live Nation over BTS tour screen reduction.
- Fans claim South America shows have four screens, unlike other continents.
- The agency seeks transparency regarding stage setup and visibility issues.

Brazil's National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon) is investigating Live Nation over complaints about reduced screen configurations for BTS' ARIRANG world tour. The inquiry was prompted by ARMY, the fandom of BTS, who reported that the South American leg of the tour featured only four stage screens, a stark contrast to the 12 screens used in other regions.
Senacon has requested Live Nation Brasil and Ticketmaster Brasil to clarify the audiovisual setup for the Latin American shows. The agency is particularly concerned about potential visibility issues for attendees in further-back stadium sections and wants to understand the reasons behind the altered screen setup. Live Nation stated that the current setup, including four LED screens for a 360-degree experience, was advertised on the official event map when tickets went on sale in April 2026, and that logistical constraints necessitated the change for the region.
