Pitt's initial acquisition was a historic Craftsman house bought in 1994 for $1.7 million from Cassandra Peterson.

Over the years, Pitt strategically acquired four adjacent properties, expanding the grounds to approximately two acres. This transformation converted the single residence into a secluded compound, featuring lush gardens, multiple pools, a koi pond, and even a skate park. The estate also retained original architectural details like mahogany paneling.

The Los Feliz address held significant personal importance, serving as a family home for Pitt and Angelina Jolie where they raised their six children.
