Brad Pitt is giving his sprawling $12 million Los Angeles home a significant resort-style makeover. Exclusive aerial images reveal that the Oscar-winning actor has replaced traditional landscaping with numerous palm trees, particularly around the pool area, enhancing privacy and evoking a vacation vibe.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Spanish-style estate, located in the Hollywood Hills, now features updated outdoor furniture and a sleek poolside dining setup. This revamp marks a fresh chapter for Pitt, who purchased the property for $12 million on August 5, 2025. The home offers scenic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
Prior to Pitt's ownership, the property belonged to Dave Keuning of The Killers. The actor, who reportedly paid below the initial $13.99 million asking price, has been dating Ines de Ramon since late 2022. The couple's relocation to this estate followed a burglary at his previous Los Feliz home in June 2025.
