Mysterious Cave Creature Hunts Explorers in 'Bone Keeper'

The creature feature "Bone Keeper," produced by Latitude Films and starring John Rhys-Davies, has secured distribution deals in several international territories. Reinvent Yellow is handling sales for the film, which promises "claustrophobic tension and relentless suspense." Eagle Entertainment acquired rights for Australia and New Zealand, while Plaion secured distribution for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and the U.K.

The film's narrative centers on six young explorers who investigate the disappearances of several people in a remote cave system. Their expedition quickly devolves into a desperate fight for survival as they realize they are being hunted by a mysterious creature. The legend of the "Bone Keeper" dates back to 1976, when James Wheeler disappeared investigating a similar event, leaving behind only a cryptic Super 8 film frame.
