The deal, worth Rs 11.35 crore, was officially registered on July 10, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs 68.10 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

The apartment, located on the 31st floor of the premium World One building developed by Lodha Developers, measures a spacious 2,044 sq ft and comes with two car parking spaces. This acquisition marks a significant real estate investment for the Mukesh family, who have a rich legacy in the music and film industries.

In a past interview, Neil Nitin Mukesh spoke about the importance of money, especially after becoming a father, stating that while he has the fear of missing out, he realizes that there are many responsibilities to take care of, including his family.
