According to property records reviewed in July 2025, renowned Bollywood playback singer Nitin Mukesh and his son, actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, have acquired a lavish apartment in Mumbai's upscale Lower Parel neighborhood. The duo paid a staggering Rs. 11.35 crores for the 2,044 sq. ft. residence, which is located in the prestigious World One residential development by the Lodha Group.
The transaction, officially registered last month, included two dedicated parking spaces for the buyers. Nitin Mukesh and Neil Nitin Mukesh also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 68.10 lakhs and registration charges of Rs. 30,000 as part of the deal.
Lower Parel has emerged as a prime destination for luxury real estate in Mumbai, attracting several Bollywood celebrities as residents, including Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, author Amish Tripathi, and cricketer Zaheer Khan.
