In November 2025, prominent Bollywood producer Mukesh Bhatt, who co-founded Vishesh Films with his brother Mahesh Bhatt, has opened up about the personal toll of his strained family relationships. Mukesh reveals that he was not invited to his niece Alia Bhatt's wedding to actor Ranbir Kapoor, which took place earlier this year.
"Of course, I felt bad. I love Alia a lot and not just her, even Shaheen. So when she got married, I thought meri bachi ki shaadi hai (my daughter is getting married)," Mukesh shared emotionally. Furthermore, Mukesh has yet to meet Alia and Ranbir's daughter, Raha, who turned 3 years old this year. "When I got to know that Alia is pregnant and then she had a baby, meri aankhein taras gayi Raha ko dekhne ke liye (my eyes yearned to see Raha). I love kids a lot," he expressed.
