Sunny Deol Praises 'Lord Bobby' in New Film Teaser

Sunny Deol has publicly lauded his actor-brother Bobby Deol, affectionately nicknaming him 'Lord Bobby' in admiration of his performance in the forthcoming film 'Bandar'. The teaser for 'Bandar' was unveiled, prompting Sunny to share it on Instagram with high praise. Bobby's nephew, Karan Deol, also joined in the accolades, commenting on Bobby's striking appearance in the teaser.

The teaser showcases Bobby Deol in a vibrant retro avatar, evoking the disco era. He is seen dancing to a new rendition of the popular 1970s song 'Come On Baby, Dil Kisko Dogi'. This film marks a significant return for Bobby as a solo lead hero after a 17-year hiatus, with his last leading role being in 'Ba***ds of Bollywood'.

'Bandar' is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on June 5. The film is penned by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, known for their work on 'Paatal Lok', 'Kohra', and 'Udta Punjab'. The cast includes Sanya Malhotra, Raj B Shetty, Sapna Pabbi, Saba Azad, Riddhi Sen, Jitendra Joshi, Indrajeet, and Nagesh Bhonsle.

In addition to 'Bandar', Bobby Deol has other projects in the pipeline. He is set to star in 'Alpha', an action thriller directed by Shiv Rawail, which is described as the first female-led film in Aditya Chopra's Spy Universe. He will also appear in the political action thriller 'Jana Nayagan' alongside Thalapathy Vijay.
