- The instrument features 'Jai Shri Ram' inscribed in three languages.
- It took six months to carve from a single jackfruit wood block.

A specially crafted Bobbili Veena is slated for installation at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, following approval from temple management. The instrument was handcrafted by Sarvasiddi Gangadharachari of Gollapalli village, a traditional artisan from the Bobbili community.
This full-sized Ekanda Veena, carved from a single block of jackfruit wood, took approximately six months to complete and features 'Jai Shri Ram' inscribed in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Artisan Gangadharachari described the creation process as deeply devotional, with the instrument expected to be installed within the next 30 days.
The Bobbili Veena is a renowned Carnatic instrument, and while many artisans now focus on miniature versions, Gangadharachari continues the tradition of crafting full-sized instruments. The 55-inch veena, made entirely of wood with rosewood fretwork, represents a significant offering from Bobbili's cultural heritage.
