- Lively expressed anxiety about returning to work post-baby.
- Lawsuit details emerged nearly a year after memos were sent.

Court exhibits have unveiled voice memos exchanged between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni prior to the filming of "It Ends With Us." Baldoni, 42, sent a voice memo to Lively, 38, expressing excitement and noting chills upon seeing her for a fitting, stating, "You look beautiful. It's going to work so well."
Baldoni, who was Lively's costar and director, sent the memo before filming commenced in 2023. The messages are part of a legal dispute where Lively sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and reputation damage, which he denied. The lawsuit was dismissed in June 2025, though Lively's suit remains active.
Lively's memo, also sent in February 2023, conveyed her overwhelming feelings about returning to work and filming multiple projects after the birth of her fourth child. She discussed her anxieties with husband Ryan Reynolds, who encouraged her to share her concerns with Baldoni, highlighting their trust.
