Black Sheriff Hunts Serial Killer Targeting His Community

In 2025, Titus Crown, the first Black sheriff in a small Bible Belt county, is tasked with leading the hunt for a serial killer who has been preying on his Black community for years. Haunted by the untimely death of his devout mother, Titus is determined to bring the killer to justice.

Titus' younger brother Marquis Crown and his supportive girlfriend Darlene stand by him as he navigates the investigation. Titus also relies on his father Albert Crown and Deputy Carla Ortiz, an officer in his precinct, to assist in the case.

The serial killer has been targeting Titus' community in the name of God, adding a chilling religious element to the crimes. As Titus closes in on the killer, he must confront his own demons and the painful memories of his mother's passing. With the lives of his people at stake, Titus is driven to stop the murderer and bring closure to his community.
