The Bithoor Mahotsav, a three-day cultural extravaganza, launched on Thursday with a captivating blend of classical dance and a concert by the popular band Euphoria. Thousands of attendees were enthralled by the opening day's festivities in the historic town of Bithoor.
The event commenced with a devotional rendition of the Bithoor anthem by singer Pranav Singh, followed by a mesmerizing classical Kathak performance by Anuradha Singh, showcasing intricate footwork and expressions.
As the evening unfolded, the atmosphere shifted to a vibrant musical concert with Euphoria taking the stage. Lead vocalist Palash Sen connected with the audience, performing hit songs that had the crowd singing and dancing, emphasizing Bithoor's historical significance.
The festival was officially inaugurated by chief guest minister Yogendra Upadhyaya, who paid homage to Bithoor's rich heritage and its ongoing development. The Mahotsav also featured attractions such as a horticulture department flower exhibition displaying 66 varieties and a defense products display, alongside 35 stalls from government entities and self-help groups.
