As of October 30th, 2025, Bindi Irwin, the season 21 winner of 'Dancing With the Stars', has been absent from the ballroom for the second week in a row. Bindi, who shares a 4-year-old daughter Grace with her husband Chandler Powell, revealed that the entire family had fallen ill with a bug, causing Bindi to completely lose her voice.
Despite her inability to attend the show, Bindi has been supporting her younger brother Robert Irwin and his partner Whitney Carson as they compete for the season 34 Mirrorball Trophy. In an Instagram post, Bindi shared a selfie with Chandler and Grace, writing that they would be "cheering (quietly) from our living room" for Robert and Whitney, who have an "incredible dance for Halloween week."
Bindi's mother, Terri Irwin, also expressed her well-wishes, writing in the comments that she was "sending get well vibes!" This was the second week in a row that Bindi had to skip the show, as she was also forced to miss the previous week's Wicked Week taping due to her daughter's sickness.
Despite her absence, Bindi remains dedicated to her brother's success, urging her followers to vote for Robert and Whitney. The wildlife conservationist is hopeful to return to the ballroom soon and support her brother in person.
