Billboard is celebrating R&B and Hip-Hop with a multi-day event series in New York City. Billboard House, scheduled for September 9, will host industry panels featuring prominent artists such as The Roots and Jill Scott.
A "Like Minded" panel, presented by Better Health, will include R&B artist Kehlani and rapper Monaleo. The event will also honor the legacy of Nipsey Hussle, with his brother Blacc Sam and collaborator Bino Rideaux discussing his enduring impact.
Emerging talent like singer-songwriter LAILA! and singer kwn are also slated to perform. The R&B Hip-Hop Live 2026 concert, on September 10 at Brooklyn Steel, will feature a lineup including Lucky Daye and Yung Miami. Mike Van, CEO of Billboard, expressed the company's commitment to supporting these genres and their artists.
