The first, a tribute to Jayaprakash Narayan, will be built at an estimated cost of Rs 12.46 crore. This park aims to educate younger generations about JP's principles through innovative, eco-friendly displays, including sculptures creatively crafted from scrap metal and waste materials.
The second park, Dr. Rajendra Prasad 'Bihar Gaurav Park,' is being developed for Rs 14.9 crore over 10.5 acres. It will enhance the existing memorial into a grand complex, featuring a museum and library dedicated to India's first President. Both parks are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, blending Bihar's democratic legacy, heritage, and environmental consciousness with modern amenities and cultural showcases.
