The climactic sequence for Sampath Nandi's action drama 'Bhogi', starring Sharwanand, is currently in production. Filming is taking place on an extensive set specifically designed for the high-voltage emotional action scene. Stunt master Dilip Subbarayan is orchestrating the choreography, aiming for a gripping theatrical experience.
The film is set in the early 1960s within a fictional village on the Telangana and Maharashtra borders. Anupama Parameswaran portrays Sulochana, a resilient leaf-plate maker, while Dimple Hayathi plays the bold character Mandaram. Sharwanand takes on the role of Ganga.
'Bhogi' is slated for a pan-India release on August 28, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan. The movie will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Technical contributions include production design by Kiran Kumar Manne and music by Bheems Ceciroleo.
