Summary
- Fiend and Mac collaborate on a remix of 'VVS'.
- B.G. joined the track after hearing the 2019 version.
- The rappers are touring together as part of Cash Money and No Limit tour.
Hip-hop artists B.G., Fiend, and Mac have released a new remix of the song "VVS." Fiend initiated the collaboration by inviting Mac to contribute, who then adapted bars from his 2019 feature on Mercedes' "I Can Tell." B.G. quickly decided to join the track upon hearing the remixed version on Fiend's social media.
This musical collaboration occurs while all three New Orleans rappers are actively touring. They are currently participating in the extensive Cash Money and No Limit tour, which is scheduled to continue through November 15. This joint tour provides a unique opportunity for them to connect musically and deliver unexpected collaborations to their fans.
The original "VVS" Tank Dogg Remix was released in 2019, featuring Fiend alongside several other artists. This new version coincides with a busy period for B.G., who recently proposed to Brooke Jones onstage during the tour's New Orleans stop. Lil Wayne is expected to serve as best man for B.G.'s upcoming wedding.
