However, Everett has since apologized and clarified the situation. In a recent social media statement, she explained that her frustration was misdirected and the incident did not involve Virgin Voyages staff. She stated that it was actually other guests who were involved, and she takes full responsibility for the misunderstanding and her initial public statements.
