Bestselling Memoir "The Salt Path" Faces Shocking Allegations in New Documentary

In a surprising turn of events, the bestselling memoir "The Salt Path" is now the subject of a new documentary by Sky, which is exploring the twists and turns of the book's saga. The documentary, titled "The Real Salt Path" (working title), comes on the heels of allegations published by The Observer newspaper that cast doubt over the veracity of the hit nature book, which had recently been turned into a movie starring Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs.

The documentary, hosted by journalist Chloe Hadjimatheou, will delve deeper into the story, as new whistleblowers come forward with their own versions of events. The film will also address the behavior of the book's author, Raynor Winn, and her husband, Moth. Hadjimatheou's initial investigation for The Observer had alleged that Winn, whose real name was revealed to be Sally Walker, was arrested after being accused of stealing tens of thousands of pounds from her employer, while also casting doubt over her claims of being previously homeless and her husband's corticobasal degeneration (CBD).
