Ben Stiller Almost Joined Severance Cast

Stiller and show creator Dan Erickson had discussions about Stiller potentially playing a doctor character. However, this storyline was ultimately deemed unsuitable and was not pursued. Stiller expressed his satisfaction with this decision, stating he is pleased not to have been an on-screen presence in the show.
