Summary
- Nathan Gallagher convicted of three domestic violence offenses.
- He failed to appear in Sydney court; judge issued arrest warrant.
- Gallagher is currently overseas, according to immigration records.

Below Deck Mediterranean personality Nathan Gallagher has been convicted on three counts of domestic violence relating to ex-partner Gael Cameron. The 27-year-old failed to appear in a Sydney courtroom on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, for his hearing. The court was informed that Gallagher was believed to be offshore and was no longer represented by his previous legal counsel.
Judge Janine Lacy noted that immigration records indicated Gallagher was overseas and proceeded to convict him in absentia, issuing an immediate warrant for his arrest. Gallagher had been charged in New South Wales with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault following an alleged incident after Christmas in 2025. He acknowledged making mistakes in a statement but stated he would not accept being portrayed solely through one person's account.
Gallagher, who began dating Cameron after meeting on season 9 of Below Deck Mediterranean in 2024, welcomed a child with her in June 2025. Although their current season depicts them raising their son together, the couple has since separated. The reality star's legal troubles stem from incidents at their former Melrose Park home.
