Fans of the hit PBS Masterpiece series Miss Scarlet can look forward to the show's return this winter. As of October 14, 2025, the series is set to premiere its sixth season on December 7 via streaming on PBS or PBS Masterpiece on Prime Video, followed by a broadcast premiere on January 11 at 8/7c on PBS.
The new season will see the addition of several new cast members, including Sam Buchanan as Detective George Willows, who joins Scotland Yard after rising through the police ranks, and Grace Hogg-Robinson as Isabel Summers, an ambitious young woman who joins the Clerical Office alongside Ivy. The returning cast includes Kate Phillips as the lead, Eliza Scarlet, a Victorian-era private detective, as well as Tom Durant-Pritchard as DI Alexander Blake, Cathy Belton as Ivy, and other familiar faces.
As the season progresses, viewers will witness the evolving relationship between Eliza and Blake, as the once-fraught partners find that working together may be a tricky prospect. Meanwhile, newlyweds Ivy and Potts adjust to married life, a new detective settles in at Scotland Yard, and the mischievous Nash causes chaos even from afar. In a greatly anticipated return, Moses Valentine will also join Eliza and her crew, providing much-needed assistance just when they need it most.
