Barry Keoghan has publicly disclosed that he underwent cosmetic procedures to enhance his appearance, ending months of public commentary. The Irish actor confirmed he received two non-invasive XERF skin-tightening treatments, a high-tech method designed to lift and firm facial skin without surgery or injections.

Keoghan shared his positive experience with the treatment, praising celebrity skin specialist Nilam Holmes and describing the sessions as relaxing and therapeutic. He stated that the procedure improved his self-confidence and appearance.

According to reports, the XERF treatment costs up to 4,500 pound sterling (USD 6,003.61) and offers zero downtime, with results lasting up to a year. This revelation comes after Keoghan previously spoke about facing online trolling and abuse regarding his looks, which had made him withdraw from social events.
