Bargain Hunt Star Marries Man 18 Years Younger

Bargain Hunt's James Lewis, aged 53, has shared his joy following his marriage to Ed Otter. The ceremony, which took place in September, was an intimate affair with 50 guests. Lewis's 17-year-old daughter, Arabella, from his previous marriage, was present and reportedly gets along very well with Otter. Lewis described their meeting as "pretty much love at first sight" after his divorce from his ex-wife.

The couple initially considered eloping to Yellowstone National Park but decided to include their families and Arabella in the celebration. Despite a health scare on his wedding day, where his heart rate exceeded 250 beats per minute, Lewis is doing well. His cardiologist had previously advised him to avoid stress, a warning he acknowledges while looking forward to charity auctions.

In a separate segment, a former Bargain Hunt participant, Alicia Humphreys, reflected on her experience. She appeared on the show in 2019 with her father-in-law. Humphreys described the show's experts as "hilarious, friendly, and so nice to be around." The long-running BBC program, which began in 2000, has aired over 1,800 episodes across 71 series.
