The event will feature four of the five original members: Belinda Chapple, Katie Underwood, Sally Polihronas, and Tiffani Wood. Notably absent from the lineup is founding member Sophie Monk, whose presence has been conspicuously omitted from promotional materials. Her face was visibly covered with a flower and a drink container in various images shared on social media, sparking fan speculation.

Bardot, formed from the winners of the reality TV show Popstars in 1999, achieved significant success between 2000 and 2002 with hit singles like 'Poison'. While Sophie Monk embarked on a successful career in television and acting after leaving the band, fans are questioning Monk's exclusion from this 25th-anniversary celebration. Many took to social media to express their disappointment and hope for a surprise appearance. In 2021, Monk had previously expressed that the members had grown in different directions, suggesting a reunion was unlikely.
