Ammy Virk's latest film, Bambukat 2, has underperformed at the Indian box office, with its Sunday earnings amounting to 97 lakh. This figure fell short of the desired 1 crore mark for the day.
The film's total net collection in India after three days stands at 2.17 crore. Produced on an estimated budget of 10 crore, Bambukat 2 has managed to recover approximately 21.7% of its costs. The gross collection, including taxes, has reached 2.56 crore.
Despite a strong predecessor, the sequel's performance has been modest. It earned 12% more than Ammy Virk's previous flop, Nikka Zaildar 4, during its opening weekend. However, it lagged behind Virk's other films like Sarbala Ji and Saunkan Saunkanay 2. The film's success now hinges on maintaining momentum throughout the weekdays.
