'Baahubali: The Epic' - Iconic Moment to Become Interval Point in 2025 Recut

This October, the epic 'Baahubali' franchise will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with the release of 'Baahubali: The Epic', a reimagined version that combines the prequel and sequel films. According to producer Shobu Yarlagadda, the new cut has been carefully crafted to provide a tighter, more immersive cinematic experience for fans.

The combined runtime of 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' has been trimmed down to approximately 3 hours 40-42 minutes. Yarlagadda revealed that the team has carefully edited out select songs, scenes, and transitions to create a more cohesive narrative. Notably, the much-anticipated moment where Kattappa's shocking revelation about why he killed Baahubali will now serve as the film's interval point, further heightening the dramatic impact.

While the producers have not announced any plans for a third installment in the franchise, Yarlagadda teased that there may be some surprises in store for audiences. The 'Baahubali' saga, which follows the story of Amarendra Baahubali and his son Mahendra, has captivated audiences worldwide with its grand scale, stunning visuals, and compelling characters, including Prabhas in the dual lead roles, Rana Daggubati as the antagonist Bhallaladeva, and Anushka Shetty as Devasena.
