25 Oct
Summary
- Thamma earns just ₹9.5 crore on 4th day, total ₹65.5 crore

Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's latest film Thamma has struggled at the box office since its Diwali release. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie earned an estimated ₹9.5 crore on its fourth day, bringing its total domestic net to ₹65.5 crore.
In comparison, other recent Diwali releases have fared much better. Tiger 3, for instance, had crossed the ₹200 crore mark by its fourth day and later reached ₹464 crore worldwide. Similarly, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which shares a similar genre to Thamma, collected ₹124 crore by the same point and finished with ₹389 crore globally. Singham Again also stood at ₹139 crore by day four and went on to earn ₹372 crore worldwide.
The sharp decline in Thamma's box office performance is also reflected in its theatre occupancy, which has averaged around 13.63%. In contrast, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, another Diwali release that opened with far fewer screens, has remained more stable, collecting ₹28.25 crore in four days with less than half the number of shows allotted to Thamma.
