Mysterious Hooded Figures Emerge in Avengers: Doomsday Promo

A recent promotional video for Avengers: Doomsday has introduced five mysterious hooded figures, fueling speculation about Doctor Doom's involvement. These cloaked individuals, seen in a green-lit teaser filmed at Spain's historic Alcazaba fortress, have sparked theories that they could be the Black Swans.

This organization from Marvel Comics is known for its connection to Doctor Doom and its role in universe annihilation. The figures' appearance in the promo, which avoids showing film clips in favor of suspenseful visuals, aligns with earlier imagery of Doom with masked men.

Notable MCU actors Anthony Mackie, David Harbour, and Winston Duke reprise their roles in the film. However, the identities of the five identically robed figures remain unconfirmed, leaving fans to debate whether they are Black Swans or potentially other characters like the Latverian Witches.

Avengers: Doomsday, directed by the Russo Brothers, is scheduled to premiere on December 18, 2026. It is expected to feature a grand confrontation involving Doctor Doom, a major villain in the Marvel Comics universe, and promises to unite heroes from across the MCU for a multiversal threat.
