Austin is poised to become the launchpad for UMusic's inaugural U.S. hotel, a five-star resort designed to blend luxury travel with music and culture. This ambitious project will encompass 150 guest rooms and 600 private residences.
A key attraction will be the White Rocks Amphitheater, an outdoor music venue reminiscent of Colorado's Red Rocks. This 10,000-seat space, nestled within the Texas Hill Country, aims to unify Austin's music scene. The development also includes an intimate indoor performance venue, recording studios, a nightclub, restaurants, and a spa.
UMusic Hotel & Private Residences Austin is designed with sustainability at its core, targeting the city's 100% water reuse goal. It will feature native landscape restoration and an energy-saving microgrid. Furthermore, a permanent endowment and an artist development venue called the White Rocks Collab are planned to support the local performing arts scene.
