Launched in 2022 by Austin Neal, The Neal Agency quickly established itself as a key player in talent booking. Neal, drawing from his experience at WME and Buddy Lee Attractions, faced initial hurdles in company formation, likening the process to "figuring out how to swim" after being "dropped into the ocean."
Now, four years later, The Neal Agency represents a roster of developing artists, including Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Ella Langley, Bailey Zimmerman, and HARDY, who have achieved arena headliner status. Neal’s strategic approach emphasizes nurturing young talent.
Neal’s deep roots in the music industry, being a third-generation executive, include his grandfather founding The Neal Agency in the 1960s and his father’s career as a renowned agent. Despite initial encouragement against the industry, Neal transitioned from a chemistry background.
The agency now boasts 34 acts, all under 40, focusing on a "cool, young, hip" brand. Neal, alongside co-head Adi Sharma, emphasizes a hands-on, manager-centric approach, offering marketing and branding services to all clients, not just the top acts.
Beyond booking, Neal has diversified with TNA Publishing, launched in 2023, and Cervidae Records in 2024. He also founded Sticks Management with Morgan Wallen. Neal is expecting his first child in July 2026, prioritizing family balance.
