Aussie Musician Ninajirachi Wins Prestigious Australian Music Prize

In a major milestone for her career, Australian musician Ninajirachi has won the coveted Australian Music Prize (AMP) for her debut album "I Love My Computer." The AMP, considered the Australian equivalent of the album of the year, is awarded by a panel of industry experts for artistic merit rather than commercial success.

Ninajirachi, whose real name is Nina Wilson, was overjoyed by the unexpected win, stating that "nothing like this has ever happened" to her before. The AMP victory is just the start of an exciting year for the 26-year-old artist. She is also nominated for a leading 8 trophies at the upcoming ARIA Awards, including Album of the Year, Best Solo Artist, and Breakthrough Artist.

Following her AMP win, Ninajirachi is set to embark on an extensive tour schedule. She will first perform a series of shows across Australia starting later this month, before heading to New Zealand in early January.
