China's "Atlantic Rhapsody" Tops Shanghai Film Fest

Morocco's "Halima" garnered significant attention, with Yassine El Idrissi winning best director and Khadija Amari securing best actress. The film marked Morocco's return to the Golden Goblet's main competition after a 27-year hiatus.
Other notable wins included Zhang Songwen for best actor in the Chinese Mainland-Hong Kong co-production "Secret in the Box," and Reis Çelik for best screenplay with "Night of Blindness," a Turkey-Germany collaboration.
Germany's Susanne Heinrich received the outstanding artistic achievement award for "The Miserable Mother." In the Asian New Talent section, China's "Her First Taste" won best feature film and best actress, while Thailand's "9 Temples to Heaven" claimed best director and best actor.
