Ashley Iaconetti, a prominent figure from Bachelor Nation, has definitively addressed persistent rumors about her appearance. The 38-year-old star clarified on her podcast, "Almost Famous," that she has never undergone plastic surgery, nor has she ever been under anesthesia.

Iaconetti specifically refuted claims of having a rhinoplasty, explaining that her nose's appearance has changed naturally over time. She noted its perceived shrinking effect might be due to age, similar to a theory Kendall Jenner shared regarding Accutane, or potentially from acne medications like Spironolactone, which she began at age 24.

While denying surgical interventions, Iaconetti openly discussed her non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She receives lip injections approximately once a year, a practice she started 11 years ago before appearing on "Bachelor in Paradise." Additionally, she undergoes Botox treatments about every five months, finding her forehead muscles to be quite trained, and also gets Botox injections in her jaw muscles annually. Chin filler is another treatment she opts for yearly, having done so for the past seven years.
