Madix Sells Ex's Home After Legal Feud

Ariana Madix has successfully sold the Los Angeles home she once shared with ex-partner Tom Sandoval, bringing a close to their two-year legal battle. Madix expressed feeling "great" about the sale, which she believes is now finalized, with only a few final steps remaining.

This property sale was the final physical tie to Sandoval, following their breakup on March 1, 2023. The legal dispute began when Madix filed a lawsuit in January 2024, requesting a "partition by sale" to divide the proceeds. Sandoval responded in February 2024, disputing the claim.

In January 2026, a notice of settlement was filed, ending the case. Madix clarified on a podcast that she is receiving money from the sale and denied rumors that she had to cover Sandoval's loan. She stated her intention was to recoup her investment and reinvest it elsewhere.

Sandoval had previously announced the house would go on the market in March. Madix had largely considered the house "out of sight, out of mind" as she had already moved her belongings and acquired her own residence.
