Fans Get Second Chance at Ariana Grande Tour Tickets
28 Jan
Summary
- Ticketmaster is releasing previously canceled tickets directly to fans.
- Fans can enter a request process or lottery system in February.
- Fans whose tickets were canceled on the secondary market will be prioritized.

Fans left empty-handed after Ariana Grande's "Eternal Sunshine" tour tickets sold out rapidly in September 2025 are now getting another opportunity. Ticketmaster has revealed a plan to re-release a "small portion" of tickets that were canceled because they violated user terms. These tickets, originally purchased by resellers, will now be made available directly to genuine fans.
The resale tickets were identified and canceled in October. Ticketmaster had notified the affected fans at the time, indicating they might be eligible for future ticket releases. The company's current focus is ensuring these reclaimed tickets reach actual concertgoers. A specific request process, akin to a lottery system, is slated for February. Those whose tickets were canceled on the secondary market will receive priority.
Ariana Grande herself acknowledged the announcement, sharing Ticketmaster's statement on Instagram and thanking fans for their patience. This tour marks Grande's return to the stage for her first tour in seven years. The "Eternal Sunshine" tour commenced on June 6 in Oakland and includes stops in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Atlanta through early September. Grande has previously hinted that this tour might be her "last hurrah" for a significant period.
