Arasan Promo Delayed: Vetrimaaran, Simbu Seek Fresh Music
6 Nov
Summary
- Arasan promotional video delayed due to composer's wedding preparations.
- New music sought by Vetrimaaran and Silambarasan TR.
- Promo may release with Vijay Sethupathi's 'Train' in December.
The promotional video for Silambarasan TR and Vetrimaaran's upcoming film 'Arasan,' titled 'The World of Arasan,' has missed its intended Diwali release. The delay stems from the need for Anirudh Ravichander's background score.
Due to Anirudh's ongoing wedding preparations, the music composition has been postponed. Vetrimaaran and Silambarasan TR are keen on a fresh score that matches the film's scale, rather than using previous announcement music.
As an alternative, the filmmakers are exploring attaching the promo to Vijay Sethupathi's film 'Train,' slated for an early December release. This strategy aims for a broader theatrical launch across Tamil Nadu, with an official announcement expected soon.
