Apple Martin, the 21-year-old daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, recently shared that she has had lip filler on one occasion. In a beauty routine video for Vogue, posted on February 12, Martin clarified that while she felt her lips were too big after the procedure, public perception differs. She attributes the ongoing speculation to her habit of pouting her lips frequently.

Martin, who also has a younger brother, Moses Martin, 19, is accustomed to the public eye due to her parents' fame. In September 2025, she landed her first significant fashion role as "Miss Self-Portrait" for the London-based fashion house. Her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow, has also been open about her own beauty philosophy, advocating for aging gracefully and accepting oneself.

Paltrow has previously spoken about her successful co-parenting relationship with ex-husband Chris Martin, emphasizing their commitment to their children's well-being following their "conscious uncoupling" and subsequent divorce in 2016.
