Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor recently addressed the controversy surrounding his comments on Tamannaah Bhatia's appearance, made during an interaction last year. He clarified his remark, "Mashallah kya dudhiya badan hai" (Oh my god, what milky body she has), which had gone viral and drawn criticism.

Kapoor explained that his statement was made during a discussion about a song Tamannaah Bhatia performed, specifically the track 'Aaj Ki Raat'. He stated that the context was about her dancing well and that the interpretation was amplified due to the use of Hindi versus English phrasing.

He argued that if he had used the English equivalent, "milky body," no controversy would have ensued. The actor expressed frustration over being labeled and trolled, especially considering his age, and stressed that appreciating someone's physique is different from harboring desire or lust.

Annu Kapoor emphasized that he is open to apologizing and even offered to touch Tamannaah Bhatia's feet if she felt offended, asserting that his intention was never malicious. He reiterated that appreciating a car does not equate to desiring it, drawing a parallel to his admiration of a physique.
