Anna Delvey, known for her past scams, faced unique accommodations while filming the reality show 'Unwell Winter Games' in Park City, Utah. Due to her parole agreement, Delvey was required to stay in a separate hotel, a few minutes away from the main cast's lodging. This arrangement meant she could not bunk with the rest of the cast during production.

Sources close to the production indicated that Delvey had attempted to file official paperwork with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Her goal was to secure permission to reside with the other cast members. However, the timeline for such an approval was deemed too long. Consequently, she agreed to the separation for the duration of the filming.

This is not the first instance where Delvey's legal status has influenced her television appearances. She previously navigated a similar process involving ICE accommodations when she participated in 'Dancing with the Stars'. Her involvement in that show was notably short-lived, as she was eliminated early on.
